Don't just take our word for it!
“I lived in 71 Carlisle road from early September 2016- June 2017.I wanted to live with a number of friends and this house was suitable for a large number of us to all live under the same roof. We also liked that it was one of the nearest possible accommodations to the university. I also had friends that had lived in the house in 2015-2016 and they had good reviews of the house. I enjoyed living in this accommodation and the transition between going from first year living in halls to second year this was the closest possible experience, as living with so many other people. I know now I can look back thought my life and reflect on how many incredible memories I made in the past year, and have the Castle to thank for it. ”
“I lived at the castle for one year and it was the best of my 4 years at uni living wise, it beat halls.I chose it because I wanted to meet new people and thought in 18 you are bound to make some friends without being too tied to a few people.I really liked the property the living areas are brilliant and it was really warm in the winter in room 10.One of the best things is having a cleaner, as well as loo roll being provided! If I had stayed at uni another year I would stay at the castle again definitely.”
“I loved living in the big house. Great atmosphere. When I was there the students called the house “The Fame Academy”. Everyone knew where it was, and so close to Campus and town too. “The Castle” is a great name. When I first saw the house and viewed my room the landlord said to me that the accommodation “experience” is all part of the University journey. At the time I did not understand what he meant, now I do. I look back with fond memories at my time at University. As the Landlord said, he aims to provide accommodation which compliments the university experience and that is exactly what living in The Castle for two academic year did. It is the best memory and experience of my time in Eastbourne that I can take forward into the future and look back with a smile.”
